A positive result was again achieved for our annual bull sale, held on-property at Glenburn, Victoria.
Black Simmental and SimAngus bulls sold to a top of $9,000 with an average of $4,487. ‘It was very pleasing to see existing clients return, including buyers from Queensland and new buyers who have been following the progress of the Black Simmental breed through Webbs’ commented Manager, Lynton Harrison.

After buying Webb Black Simmental bulls in Queensland Geoff Urquhart travelled south to visit the breeding centre at Glenburn. Geoff commented on how pleased he was with the condition in which the Black Simmental bulls stood up in Queensland, particularly in such a tough drought.
Webb Captain H608 sold to Brett Schulz, Boorook Morven Pastoral Company, Culcairn NSW $8,500, also a repeat bull buyer of Webbs.
Another repeat buyer Alex Robson, Strathleigh Black Simmental, Tamworth NSW took home Lot 3 Webb Bettis H635 for $5,000.
New buyers Paul & Colleen Hoffman, Three Creeks Pty Ltd, Culcairn took home Lots 36 and 37 both Mr NLC Upgrade sons to a top of $5,000.
20 bulls sold at average $4,487 – 8 bulls sold post sae.
Bulls were sold throughout Victoria, NSW and Queensland.
